Menetou-Salon is a town located in the north-east of Bourges, in the department of Cher.
Populated by just over 1,600 inhabitants, Menetou-Salon is renowned for its vineyard (AOC) and its castle.
The municipality covers approximately 38 km² of forests, agricultural land, meadows, vineyards, orchards and urban fabric.
